Taking inspiration from all over China, Ba Restaurant and Lounge mixes tastes from Szechuan, Shandong, Jiangsu and Cantonese dishes from Hong Kong and Guangdong. Everyone’s favourite doughy dim sum bites are also on the menu, served alongside spectacular views of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. The restaurant and outdoor terrace are favourites of Dubai’s local fashionistas; turn up on the weekend and you might bump into Alanoud Badr, Diala Makki, Tamara Al Gabbani, Lubna Al Zakwani, Sahar Wahbe, Uma Ghosh Deshpande, Jessica Kahawaty or Zeena Zaki taking advantage of the free pool and beach access as part of the Saturday brunch Yum Cha.
