Blended to perfection by the restaurant’s expert mixologist, this juicy concoction with agave syrup is tart and refreshing rather than sickly.

2 1916 Parmesan gnocchi, Dhs70 
Served with sauce antiboise, young spinach, black truffle and Parmesan foam, this dish is just the right size and not at all stodgy, so you’ll have plenty of room for your main.

This flavoursome meat is dry-aged for at least three weeks and comes from Irish cattle whose diet, which also includes herbs, is said to contribute to its sublime flavour and succulence.
