Recipe: Yellow Pepper, Beef Bacon and Feta Spiral Bread
MAKES 7 PIECES
Basic bread dough
250g beef bacon strips, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
100g Feta cheese
1 Roll out a batch of prepared and risen basic bread dough into a rectangle.
2 Cook the beef bacon and mix with the yellow pepper and feta cheese.
3 Spread the filling over the dough.
4 Roll up the dough from the long side like a Swiss roll.
5 Cut into seven pieces and place in a greased 25cm round baking tin.
6 Set aside to rise.
7 Preheat oven to 220C.
8 Brush with melted butter or olive oil and bake until golden and cooked through.
