RECIPE: Tangled Lunchbox

2 slices of frozen white bread
Green, yellow, blue and red food colouring or food colouring markers
1 serving of spaghetti, cooked as per packet instructions
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 slice of chicken or turkey deli meat

1 Cut one slice of the frozen bread into the shape of Rapunzel’s head, using a sharp, non-serrated knife.
2 Cut out the shape of the neck and the shoulders from the other slice of bread.
3 Take 2 tbsp of cream cheese and using your fingers, shape it into two circles. Press these on to the head as the eyes.
4 Dip the end of a toothpick in black food colouring and use it to dye the edges around the white cream cheese and also to colour in the inside circle of the eyes.
5 Use a clean toothpick and dip it in green food colouring to fill in the green part of the eyes.
6 Using either the above method or food colouring markers, draw the rest of the facial features and the dress details as shown in the picture.
7 Place the head and shoulder pieces in the container with your child’s favourite cheese and the deli meat hidden underneath (try and sneak in a few vegetables as well).
8 Fill in the spots around the body with the spaghetti to make it look like hair.
9 Mix three drops of green food colouring into 1 tbsp cream cheese.
10 Shape the cream cheese into a lizard by forming a head, tail and two legs.
11 Gently place the lizard onto Rapunzel’s shoulder as shown in the picture.
