85g deli smoked turkey slices
1 tbsp black olive tapenade
A large pinch of rocket leaves
1 Preheat a frying pan or panini press.
2 Cut the panini horizontally.
3 Spread the olive tapenade on the inside of one piece of bread, and then layer the chicken, rocket and brie.
4 Top with the remaining bread.
5 Grill until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown and toasty.
