This Middle Eastern-inspired recipe is a high-water-content healthy treat, full of soluble fibre
4 tbsp dukkah
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
8 tbsp honey
1 Preheat the oven to 180C.
2 Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core. Place the pears onto a baking tray lined with parchment, cut-side facing up.
3 Lightly brush the pears with melted butter and then sprinkle ¼ tbsp of dukkah over the flesh of each. Bake the pears for 40 to 45 minutes until they are brown.
4 Drizzle each pear with ½ tbsp of honey and ¼ tbsp of crumbled goat cheese.
