12 corn tortillas
A drizzling of oil
Salt, to taste
1 Pre heat oven to 175C. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.
2 Cut the tortillas into six equal wedges and spread evenly onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
3 Bake the tortilla wedges for about 6 minutes. Flip them over.
4 Sprinkle with a little salt, and bake for another six to nine minutes until crisp and they are just beginning to colour. Remove from the oven and serve.
