Recipe: Garlic and Herb Bread

Makes 2 baguettes

Basic bread dough
2 bulbs of garlic, chopped
A few sprigs of thyme
A drizzling of olive oil

1 Preheat oven to 190C.
2 Divide a batch of prepared and risen basic bread dough in half and roll each piece out until it is long and thin.
3 Twist each piece twice and place on a greased baking tray.
4 Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with plenty of chopped fresh garlic and chopped fresh thyme.
5 Bake until crisp and golden.
