Healthy Recipe: Fish Market's Spicy Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
250g fresh shrimps peeled and cleaned well
25g lemon grass finely sliced
10g lemon leaves finely sliced
30g onion sliced
20g spring onion cut into half inches
2 tbsp Thai chilli paste
1tbsp fish sauce
2tbsp lemon juice
10g mint leaves
For garnishing - lettuce, tomato and cucumber

Method
1. Heat water in a pot.
2. Boil prawns until cooked well and keep it aside.
3. Add chilli paste, fish sauce, lemon juice and prawns in a bowl and mix them well.
4. Add the mint leaves and spring onion.
5.Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes.
