Recipe: Barbecued Pulled Chicken
1kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup Italian dressing
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 Season the chicken breasts lightly (a small pinch per breast) with some sea salt and place in your slow cooker.
2 In a mixing bowl combine the barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
3 Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
4 Once the time is up, shred the meat using two forks.
5 Cover the mixture in the pot again and allow to cook in the sauce for another 10 to 15 minutes more.
6 Serve in buns with coleslaw, over rice, in wraps, or in a salad.
