RECIPE: All-Day fruit Salad

For a vibrant breakfast or a naturally sweet afternoon snack, this fruit salad with chia seeds is perfect

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS
1 pink grapefruit
1 orange
1 avocado
1 mango
½ lemon, juiced
½ vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup low-fat yoghurt

METHOD
1. Peel and dice the fruit, add the lemon juice, vanilla seeds and chia seeds, and toss well. Pour the yoghurt into 4 glasses, top with fruit and serve.
