The city’s most dedicated fashionistas have got their bargain-hunting game plan nailed already .

What key fashion items will you be looking for at DSF?
Shoes shoes and more shoes! I have small feet and always find the best bargains because no-one else can fit into them! I’ll also be after Roland Mouret and Diane Von Furstenberg dresses as they never date, a black tie dress from BCBG, and a couple of great new clutch bags.

Who is your current style crush?
Emma Watson. Her style is totally effortless but edgy – I love that combination together.

What trends are you loving at the moment and why?
Jumpsuits – they’re easy to wear, super chic and mean you only have one thing to worry about. I’m also loving the smart 70s blouse and trouser trend, which is huge this spring. I’ll be checking out Chloe, Richard Nicoll and French Connection, who always have fab catwalk-inspired pieces.

Which store is your DSF must-go?
Saks Fifth Avenue at BurJuman always have a fantastic sale, I’ve never managed to leave there during DSF without some amazing bargains!

What key fashion items will you be looking for at DSF?
I’m looking for multi-tasking staples; things that look great day or night and can be dressed up or down. I’ll be snapping up black cigarette leg jeans by J Brand, a nude frilled dress, and a black biker jacket.

Who is your current style crush?
I’m a sucker for Kate Moss – she never gets it wrong. From sequins at a muddy festival to a simple shift on the red carpet, Kate disrespects the dress code whilst gaining heaps of style credability every time.

What trends are you loving right now?
It’s been on the radar for a good few seasons, but I love the 1960s Mad Men look. In contrast, I like the very tailored and masculine trend – that’s why I am after a pair of the cigarette leg jeans. Slip on a great blazer with those, and you’re done.

Which store is your DSF must-go?
It’s a toss-up between Harvey Nichols and Marina for homeware. I need to make sure I don’t spend all my money on clothes when I should be buying a new dining room table!

What key fashion items will you be looking for at DSF?
After recently cutting and dying my hair, certain pieces look too fussy with the new ‘do, so I am looking to inject my wardrobe with some fashion classics, which allow for my hair and face to be the centrepiece. I’d love a black shift dress with a Peter Pan collar, some jewel-toned closed toe heels, a black camisole and a loose-fitting, Breton stripe top.

Who is your current style crush?
I’ve loved Audrey Hepburn since I was 12, and nothing has changed. Even though my clothes are more trend-focused, I try to emulate her style.

What trends are you loving right now?
I love shorts with tights – it’s a gift from the style gods, especially for petite woman like me! I’m currently pairing my fave shorts (in every fabric!) with lacy or opaque tights, which are great for work, as well as being more culturally appropriate. It’s also sooo much more fun than beating the chill in boring jeans and a cardi every day!

Which store is your DSF must-go?
Kurt Geiger – their shoes are awesome! I’m also a big Debenhams fan for their excellent multi-brand basics at ‘cheap as chips’ prices.

What key fashion items will you be looking for at DSF?
I really love spring’s ballerina trend, so I hope to snap up some ballet pumps from Marc Jacobs that I’ll wear to death. I’ve also got my eye on a grey bolero jacket by What Comes Around Goes Around, a nude studded blazer by Tata Naka, and a cocktail dress from BCBG – they’re so easy to throw on for events and their fabrics are brilliant.

Who is your current style crush?
Olivia Palermo – I really like the way she mixes fabrics, colours and styles. She’s fantastic at layering and always pieces things together to make the most basic staples look fresh and interesting.

What trends are you loving at the moment and why?
I’d describe my style as reasonably laid back and casual, so the luxe hippy trend is bang on my look. I adore Gypsy maxi dresses, which use organic fabrics and low-impact dyes. They’re really versatile, travel well and tick my environmental box. I’ll be wearing mine with the gorgeous blue silk jacket I saw in Topshop at Christmas… it’s top of my sale shopping list!

Which store is your DSF must-go?
Desert Rose, Zara, S*uce and Saks – I’ve bought amazing things from their previous sales, and I’m hoping for a repeat performance this year!
