If you’re working reduced hours during Ramadan why not take advantage of the extra time to learn something new?  Formul’A Academy has come up with the bright idea of offering afternoon courses in make-up and hairdressing during the coming month.

The makeup course is led by Katie Cousins, a renowned makeup artist with more than 10 years experience and a long list of international clients, including celebrities. She will teach you all of the basics and lots of clever, insider tips, as well as artistic expression. With a total of six looks being covered, the course will leave you able to create a style for every occasion.

As a partner of L’Oréal Professional, the Academy also offers one-day courses and evening courses ranging from Cut & Style to Hair-Up Styling – so it’s ideal if you want to brush up on existing skills or learn some professional tricks for yourself.

INFO: Makeup courses consist of six classes over two weeks, with classes on Sundays, Monday and Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm. The course costs Dhs3,000 per person. One-day hairdressing courses cost Dhs1,000 and single evening hairdressing classes cost Dhs500. Formul’A Academy is in Dubai Knowledge Village.
