This Ramadan, Ramusake is offering something a little different to the traditional set menu concept. Instead, they’re serving up Ramadan-inspired dishes that can be enjoyed alongside the usual a la carte menu.
Our favourite? This succulent off-the-bone lamb leg, served with lamb rice, garlic stir-fried bok choy, edamame hummus and tofu tahini dip, which serves up to four people. It’s flavoursome, hearty and exactly the kind of culinary magnificence you’d expect from the chefs over at Ramusake.
