PICS: Sam Smith's SPEEDY weight loss!
Sam Smith was never massively overweight, but the British singer is clearly on a serious mission to get rid of his love-handles. And judging by new pics, they’re already gone… plus some more!
Sam has already lost a whopping 14lb in only 14 days thanks to a new book. Sam credits Amelia Freer’s Eat. Nourish. Glow book for his new look. He posted on social media: “Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food.” He added: “Love you Amelia and thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out.” The book in question teaches you how to lose weight, feel happy and look younger in 10 steps. It also warns you against unhealthy fad diets and gives healthy recipes.
Sam has often spoken out about his weight struggles. In August he told reporters: “I was a very big teenager. Well, massive actually. Well, not massive, but big. My dad basically became a fitness trainer to help me. He took courses and started to train me, and taught me how to eat better.” He explained: “I'm always going to have issues with my weight. We did loads of running. All the stuff you hate, he tried to make me do. He took out all the fizzy drinks, all the chocolate, all the bad foods in the house, which was unfair on my two sisters because they have a different body type to me.”
As long as he’s happy and healthy, we approve!
