Peppercrab is back. The Singaporean restaurant which shut its doors earlier this year has reopened with a bigger and better menu than before.

The Grand Hyatt haunt, which boasts to be the only Singapore-inspired restaurant in the city, is now under the watchful eye of Chef Eng Wai Meng. Chef Eng has been whipping up gastronomic delights for over 20 years and his new menu is packed full of seasonal seafood. Think mud and golden crab, as well as beef rending and curry laksa noodles. Yum!
