The capital’s dining scene is getting a serious boost thanks to all the new openings on Al Maryah Island’s Sowwah Square, Abu Dhabi’s newest luxury lifestyle hub. Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi is adding to the impressive selection with Spice Mela. It’s serving Pan-Indian cuisine that covers different cooking styles from the vibrant state of Rajasthan, to the colourful Punjab and the exotic southern region. Led by a team of experienced chefs, Spice Mela focuses on sophisticated Indian gastronomy with dishes that aren’t overwhelming but subtly seasoned with complex marinades.
Heading the Spice Mela kitchen is Chef Siddharth Krishna who comes to Rosewood from London’s famous Chutney Mary. The menu will be a mix of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes – we can’t wait to try it!
