Pamela Anderson's money woes
Pamela Anderson is embroiled in a bitter legal battle, suing her ex boyfriend for Dhs3.68 million after he destroyed her dreams of moving out of her Malibu trailer park and into a luxury condo.
While the Baywatch star, who was once worth Dhs128.8 million, says she’s happy living in her mobile home, she’s filed a federal lawsuit against real estate tycoon Laurence Hallier for going against a pre-arranged deal they made when dating.
According to court documents, Laurence, who’s had an on-off relationship with Pamela since 2006, finally splitting last year, promised her a condominium in a new Las Vegas development he invested in. Pammy, in return, agreed to publicise the luxury building – The Panorama Towers.
A source added, “Pamela claims Laurence told her that if the development was delayed in anyway she would be given Dhs3.68 million in cash and when the project fell behind, she never received her payment.”
The 43-year-old moved into her upmarket trailer home when the global recession saw her struggle to meet renovation bills on her Malibu mansion. She eventually had to down-size to the trailer which she shares with her teenage boys Brandon, 14, and Dylan, 13.
According to Californian Authorities, Pamela owes Dhs736,000 in unpaid tax bills, so that Dhs3.68 million payoff is more important now than ever!
