Dubbed the "Nigella Lawson of Africa" by her OSN Food Network co-star Reza Mahammad, this is Siba Mtongana's debut in Dubai – both at Taste of Dubai and in the emirate. The TV chef and food editor will be sharing some dishes from her show, most recognisably the ‘rainbow nation salad’ which is the feature of her promo on the OSN Food Network show Siba’s Table. The bubbly and beautiful South African chef will also be demonstrating her stuffed salmon and the super-sized trifle in the Chef’s Theatre and the Kenwood Cookery School. Aside from her own cooking, Siba says: “I can’t wait to taste the food!”
Make sure catch Siba in action at the Kenwood Cookery School on Thursday at 5.40pm, Friday at 3.10pm and Saturday at 2.40pm. She’ll also be taking over the Chef’s Theatre on Friday at 1.10pm.
