If you feel overwhelmed by the menu, try the ‘Omakase’ offering. Translating as the ‘Chef’s choice’, it’s available in five, seven or nine-course menus that relays the story of how Nobu because a worldwide culinary phenomenon.

Nobu’s ‘high brunch’ offers a relaxed and swanky atmosphere for an intimate dining experience on Fridays.  Instead of the usual buffet brunches that predominate in Dubai, Nobu’s starts off with one of its famous sushi platters, followed by a choice of one appetiser and two mains from its extensive brunch menu. You can’t go far wrong with the signature Alaskan black cod, marinated in Japanese miso sauce.

Get some fresh air. When the weather allows, Nobu’s garden gives a relaxed atmosphere with a view of the Dubai skyline in the distance, making it the perfect place for alfresco dining.
