No-Bake Christmas Cookies Recipe
75g brown sugar
100g crushed biscuits
½ jar raspberry jam
75g desiccated coconut
Chop up cherries, walnuts and raisins. Put brown sugar and crushed biscuits into a bowl. Melt butter in a pan and add raspberry jam, then mix it into the dry ingredients. Roll the mixture into a long sausage and then roll in desiccated coconut, wrap in greaseproof paper like a large cracker and store in the fridge – unless you eat it first!
