New Menu Offering at Dubai Veteran, Traiteur
Award-winning French restaurant Traiteur is offering diners the opportunity to explore either their classic favourites or new modern additions with the debut of two six-course set menus from 1 November. Chef de Cuisine Daniel Höfler, who was an integral part of the restaurant's success when it came to revamping the menu back in 2012, will be focusing on the "Classique" menu, reflective of what Traiteur's patrons have come to know and love. The seasonal prized dishes have been created in simple French style bursting with decadent flavours with dishes such as duck à l'orange and truffled beef tartare.
Meanwhile, Chef Dennis Koll who gained experience in various Michelin-rated restaurants across Europe, who is new to the Traiteur team, has developed a menu of edgy, new modern plates which break the rules of classic French cuisine by adding new textures and tastes. "The only rule in the modern kitchen is that there are no rules," says Chef Koll. "Guests need to check their conventions and expectations at the door and just enjoy the culinary adventure led by flavours."
It is recommended that tables of two or more order at least one of each menu for the full experience.
