The Noodle Box at the Yas Hotel has welcomed a new menu this
month thanks to Australian chef, Jed Archeacon. Jed who is a guest chef at the
Viceroy Hotel in the Maldives jetted into Abu Dhabi to work with Chef Taufik
Sutisna on the tantalising smorgasbord.
The new menu boasts flavours from China, Indonesia,
Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. “Some of the new delicacies on the menu
include Cha Sui Bao, a sweet Chinese dumpling filled with Barbequed Chicken and
Sate Lilit an aromatic and flavorful Balinese chicken sate,” said a rep for the
Noodle Box. “If your appetite craves seafood try the Pla Lat Phirk, a deep
fried whole red snapper fish in an aromatic three flavored or Goong Yung a Thai
red curry prepared with succulent prawns grilled to perfection.” Yum!
