Natalie didn’t start out as a DJ. In fact, she used to be a beauty therapist in the UK, but was spurred on to take her hobby of spinning the decks to the next level. She enrolled on a DJing course at Manchester Midi School, and by 2009 she had quit her day job to work her way around her native city’s club circuit full-time. Natalie swiftly gained recognition for her talent as she played alongside some of the best in the business. Bigger and better opportunities followed – first a stint in the party paradise of Ibiza, followed by a move to the UAE to take up a residency at The Fairmont hotel, Abu Dhabi. Barely a month into her contract, she was voted the 37th-best DJ in the region, and since then she’s carved out a name for herself as the warm-up artist of choice for A-list acts including David Guetta and Tiësto, as well as taking up her current residency at Sea Lounge, at Saadiyat Island’s Monte-Carlo Beach Club. It wasn’t long before international fame beckoned and Natalie went on to add life to parties in Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt and India. She’s so loved in the latter that on arrival in Bangalore last year she spotted herself on a huge billboard carrying her name and photograph
