There are brunches and then there’s this brunch at the über-exclusive club set alongside the sparkling waters off Saadiyat Island. The brunch is in association with world-class bubbly brand Dom Perignon and the culinary team at the club’s restaurant Le Deck has paired a selection of 12 dishes with the refined beverage. The dishes include chicken liver parfait with apple and rock melon with cured duck for first course, followed by salmon tartar with avocado, and squid ink infused pasta with soy-glazed black cod and cuttlefish. Third courses include pan-seared foie gras with mixed berry crumble and seared scallops with parsnip purée. For dessert there’s an interactive pastry station and the brunch is set to change every week to keep diners enticed.
Adding to the big day out is the Sea Lounge’s resident DJ who takes to the decks at 2pm and plays all the way to 4am for all the party people with serious stamina! Guests can combine their brunch with access to the beach, pool, spa and gym for an additional charge. This is definitely a brunch we’ll save for after payday!
