An unctuous rice meal dessert, this is spoon after spoon of sweet comfort

1 cup rice meal, sifted
2 tbs cinnamon, powdered
2 tbs caraway seeds, powdered
7 cups water
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup coconut flakes
½ cup mixed nuts
½ cup sultanas

Pour the rice meal into a deep pan. Add in the sugar, caraway and cinnamon.
Add the water and boil for 30 minutes.
Cover the pan, lower the heat and let it cook for 2 hours until the rice absorbs all the liquid and becomes thick.
Pour into serving cups and chill for a few hours.
Garnish with coconut, sultanas and nuts and serve immediately.
