This is a meat lovers’ paradise. From perfectly marbled Wagyu to Aberdeen Angus, the extensive menu is curated by the restaurant’s master chefs, who pride themselves on using long-aged beef for richer flavours. 

It’s not all about the steak. The menu also boasts a large selection of seafood, with dishes such as the miso-glazed roasted black cod with crunchy broccolini and the gigantic Atlantic lobster Mornay with sweet green beans. 

Enjoy dishes prepared tableside. Starting with the Wagyu beef tartare? On request this can be made fresh, as you watch it being crafted in front of you, so you can add ingredients to personal preference. 

Pair your knife with your steak. Waiters present an enormous selection of knives before your meal, specific to your cut of choice and depending on whether you cut your meat with your finger or your thumb for optimal dining comfort.

There’s more than enough for one. From the MJ’s seafood tower, comprising oysters, Loch Fyne scallops, prawns and beetroot-cured salmon, to meaty mains such as the 250-day Angus chateaubriand and 350-day Rangers Valley tomahawk, we recommend sharing, since the dishes are huge!
