Ensuring pre-loved high fashion finds a new home

It is now essential to be able to sell online. That’s why we launched a website for clients to buy our pre-owned designer fashion and accessories in conjunction with the flagship store on Jumeirah Beach Road.
Dubai has come a long way, retail-wise. I came to the city in 2000 to open and manage the first Zara store in BurJuman.
Having a daughter and a business means a 5.30am daily alarm. I’m in bed by 10pm most nights.
If we want change in our lives, we need change in our thoughts. I’ve always been a big believer in the power of a positive outlook.
I’m drawn to the Arab world’s courtesy and hospitality. The people are genuinely warm and friendly.
I feel so blessed to be living in a country where it’s sunny all year round. I’m half-Swedish, half-Lebanese. I grew up in Sweden where there isn’t much sunshine during winter.
Like everyone, I have plenty of fears. The key is learning how to manage them.
