THE SPICE GIRLS thrilled fashion folk in Milan, Italy on Monday when they made a surprise appearance at the city's Fashion Week as part of a tribute to designer ROBERTO CAVALLI.

The pop stars posed with the European fashion guru, who designed the costumes for their ongoing comeback tour.

Geri Halliwell told the fashion press, "His clothes make you feel sexy."

While bandmate Melanie Brown used the trip to Milan Fashion Week to pay tribute to stylish Italian men.

She said, "They're more stylish. Italians are stallions, or so I've heard."
