If you're anything like us, you had major arm envy when Meghan Markle stepped out in her second wedding dress that Stella McCartney number. Sure, Prince Harry looked dapper, but let's be real, all eyes were on the Duchess of Sussex's arms.
So, feeling inspired, we have turned to Kayleigh Dawson, PT at JA Fitness, who has given us the arm workout to end all arm workouts.
All you need is a room, a set of dunbells and 30 minutes...
3 rounds of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
1. Walk outs into 10 mountain climbers
2. Lay down push ups
3. Bicycle crunches
4. Dumbbell squat to press
5. Triceps dips
7. Dumbbell bicep curl to press
8. Renegade row*
9. Dumbbell front raise straight into side raise
* Renegade row explained: You start in a straight-arm plank position, with a dumbbell in each hand. Braced you core, lift one arm up with the dumbbell and squeeze your shoulder blades. Lower the dumbbell to the floor and repeat on the other side.
