Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts to Host 'A Kilo of Kindness' Campaign
Good Gesture: 'A Kilo of Kindness' campaign asks people to donate food

During the Holy Month, ‘A Kilo of Kindness’ asks people and organisations to donate non-perishable food such as canned, dry, non-glass packaged and baby food, by simply bring the supplies at the participating hotels’ lobbies. Each hotel supports a charity that will benefit from the donated food.

Andreas Mattmüller, Chief Operating Officer of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Middle East and South Asia, said that “giving back to communities remains an important focus for us”. He added: “It is a genuine feel-good activity that provides so many people – givers and receivers alike – with a smile on the face”.

‘A Kilo of Kindness’ campaign is a part of Shine - Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ global corporate social responsibility programme. Shine focuses mainly on environment, employer, social sustainability and education.

INFO: From 6-30 June, participating hotels are Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras Jeddah, Mövenpick Hotel West Bay Doha, Mövenpick Hotel Gammarth Tunis, Mövenpick Hotel Malabata Tanger, Mövenpick Hotel Casablanca, Mövenpick Hotel Ramallah, Mövenpick Hotel Al Khobar and all Jordan hotels including Dead Sea, Aqaba, Tala Bay, Petra; movenpick.com
