Afternoon tea is about to get a sleek and chic makeover in Dubai, with the newest concept for tea connoisseurs about to hit our shores in the form of the Tea Club Restaurant. Having established itself from a concept in 2007 to a fully-fledged empire in Bahrain, the eatery was created by mother and son duo, Naima Mattar and Fayadh Al Dosri, who clearly take their tea very seriously. The quaint tea parlour concept houses over 3,000 hand-picked fusion teas, from Sri Lanka's finest tea - Loolecandera, to the ultimate antioxidant tea, Sour Sap, guaranteed to fulfil every single tea flavour profile.

In addition, there are a number of signature specials on the menu; salads, sandwiches, mains, pastas and desserts, all designed to be the perfect accompaniment to your brew. Try the buffalo chicken wrap or a caramel and banana waffle for the ultimate smart casual experience for tea bellies!

INFO: Official opening 30 Sep, Burj Park, Downtown Dubai,
