Italian inspired L’Olivo Ristorante at Rixos The Palm Dubai just shot to the top of our dining out lists!
The restaurant will be hosting Chef Giorgio Diana from 22 – 30 March 2017, the world's youngest chef leading a Michelin Star restaurant.
The 34-year-old, whose roots lie in Cagliari Italy, has harbored a passion for the culinary arts since childhood. He attended culinary school in Italy and devoted himself to the field of cooking, as he traveled to Germany to develop his knowledge. Chef Diana made his mark on the culinary scene when he joined Shane’s Restaurant, Restaurant Acetaia and Restaurant Facile, which are all Michelin Star establishments.
Now, he has ventured to Dubai, where he has prepared an intimate 6-course dinner menu for both seafood and meat lovers at just Dhs250 per person, including drinks. What’s more, guests staying at Rixos The Palm Dubai during this period get 10% discount while those working in the hotel industry receive 20% discount from the menu price.
With more than 17 years of experience, award winning Chef Diana is a visionary in the field of gastronomy and looks forward to bringing his mastery to Dubai.
“The exquisite science of cooking has always excited me. The Mediterranean flavors I was exposed to as a child have stuck with me to date. I also really enjoy molecular gastronomy and it gives me great delight to serve my guests with unique and revolutionary dishes.” said Chef Diana.
