Lindsay’s reps have ordered clubs where she parties not to play any of Pitbull’s songs while she is there, stopping everyone in the venue enjoying his hits. The Mean Girls actress is suing the singer, claiming lyrics in his song Give Me Everything were “destined to do irreparable harm” to her image as “a professional actor of good repute.” The offensive lyric goes, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” After being in and out of court, and now prison, who’s Lindsay trying to fool? Pitbull initially apologised but now claims his lyrics are justified by her multiple jail stints and is also counter-suing Lindsay for claiming she lives in New York on her lawsuit. Pitbull’s lawyers pointed out she has a California driver’s license, leases a home in Venice Beach, and has “irrevocable ties” to California due to her “frequent legal troubles” that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future. Looks like Lindsay’s actions have backfired again.
