Liv Tyler gave birth to her third child, daughter Lula Rose, over the weekend.
The Armageddon star took to Instagram to announce the big news and posted a photo of her fiancé, sports agent David Gardner, holding their little baby girl. She captioned the moment: “Our beautiful girl is here! Lula Rose Gardner we are so happy! Heart exploding with love!”
Liv and David also have a one-year-old son together, Sailor Gene, while the 39-year-old has an 11-year-old son, Milo, from her previous marriage with British rocker Royston Langdon. David also have an 8-year-old son from his marriage to actress and socialite Davinia Taylor.
Liv announced her second pregnancy with David back in January by tweeting: “Oh my goodness it seems the stork is visiting us again. Our family is growing! So grateful. @DavidGardner I love you.”
The Lord of the Rings actress posted regular updates during her pregnancy. Just last week she captioned a shot of herself: “Oh my goodness, look at that bump so pointy and giant! I can’t wait to meet the beautiful human living there.”
Liv recently told Britain Metro that she didn’t know she was going to have two babies in two years, adding that it was “the nuttiest thing” that could have ever happened to her.
However, she did say that motherhood suits her perfectly and that it brings her a “sense of calm.” She said: “Having a baby and growing a baby is probably the most challenging thing that you will ever do.” We got the word Liv!
