Favoured by sports stars to improve their game, Man Utd star striker Wayne Rooney credits spending 10 hours a week in a flotation tank as the secret behind his great form, we took our step out of our comfort zone to try this new health craze. Floating is a great for relaxation,  just one hour of floating gives the body the  effect of four hours of deep sleep, amazing. When floating, the body produces slower brain-wave patterns called theta waves which we normally only experience before falling asleep and waking up. This gravity free treatment balances the body and heals internally as all the senses are rested. Flotation therapy is great for stress, anxiety, jet lag, and improving concentration. It doesn’t suit everybody, but you have to try! We loved it.
