Legends is Back
Remember the iconic Legends restaurant at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club? Well it’s reopened with a complete makeover which sees a more modern interior and a transformed menu. A little peek saw us drooling over mini appetisers including quail scotch eggs, lobster kibbeh and roasted foie gras dates – and for those who prefer the classics, a traditional French onion soup, seafood chowder and organic beef carpaccio. Mains feature meat selected from the Australian Agricultural Company Limited’s award-winning flagship Wagyu brands Master Kobe and 1824. Legendary dishes prepared at the table include the carvery Chateaubriand, flambé tenderloin and seared surf and turf. If you’re after a simple steak, select tenderloin or rib eye from Angus, organic grass-fed (the leaner option) or Wagyu. Beef aside, the butchery block showcases Australian lamb, duck breast and calves liver. From the sea, feast on organic Scottish salmon, sea bass or rock lobster Thermidor. Sweet tooths, make sure to leave room for a selection of tempting desserts using fine cocoa brand Valrhona. A floor to ceiling glass interior makes it the perfect spot to soak up the ambient lights reflected on the creek. Outdoors, the stunning terrace is an ideal spot for al fresco dining with inbuilt BBQ stations - plus a floating VIP table set amidst the new under-lit pool can seat up to eight people. What a legend!
