Kristen Stewart's been losing fans after news of her cheating on Robert Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders broke, and now it seems that she might also lose her dog. The buzz is that K-Stew and R-Patz are locked in a bitter custody battle over Bear, the pooch they adopted from a shelter in New Orleans.

Rob, who has already moved out of their shared apartment in LA after the scandal broke, reportedly told Kristen that he wanted Bear for himself.

Apparently, Kristen hasn't taken too well to this. She's very close to Bear, who she took care of when he fell ill with the contagious disease Parvo. She also flies him with her when she travels around the US.

Now, it seems that Kristen wants joint custody of Bear while Rob is pushing for sole custody.

Meanwhile, though Rob and his Twihard fans still haven't forgiven K-Stew she's got support from Welcome to the Riley's producer Giovanni Agnelli. He has jumped to the defence of his former leading lady after her cheating confessions shocked T'Town.

Giovanni feels that the anger aimed at Kristen is over the top, insisting there's no way she got too close to Sanders, as has been suggested by the media.

In a series of tweets on Monday (30 July), the producer ranted about the Kristen-Rupert affair, "The spin that keeps growing on this story is staggering. There was NO on set affair. Stop printing LIES."

Giovanni probably didn't read K-Stew's confession about the hookup with Rupert, where she said, "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."

The producer continued, "If one of your friends in real life was hurting, and lots of people were being cruel. Wouldn't you ask them to please stop? Honestly?"

And, taking aim at Twilight fans who have dubbed Stewart a 'Trampire' following her indiscretion, he added, "If you've ever used the word Trampire you're a mindless pathetic piece of s***."

He also took a moment to thank fans who have pledged their support to Kristen, revealing she has seen a "twitition" and "support video" and adding, "Thank you."

At least you've got one Twihard supporter of your own, K-Stew.
