Khloe Kardashian says she felt "empowered" after having a baby
Khloe Kardashian has finally "found her groove" when it comes to juggling fitness with parenting her 14-month-old daughter True.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star welcomed the tot with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson in April last year, and she has had a turbulent year after discovering her baby daddy hooked up with close family friend Jordyn Woods at a house party. And while Khloe has seen major changes in her personal life, she told Entertainment Tonight she's definitely found the right balance now.
"I think after you have a baby, you just feel empowered and just the fact that you're now able to juggle a child, working out, and work," the reality star reflected. "I think that's an accomplishment. So, I felt really good that I found my groove and that I was trying."
The 35-year-old's postpartum fitness journey plays out in the upcoming third season of her reality show Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, and she confessed its "funny" to watch different scenes and see how her body changes throughout.
"It's funny because seeing at the beginning of all the episodes I have my sit-down with (the show's participants), and I'm a little bigger because it was closest to when I just had True, and at the end their reveals, you kind of see my reveals too, even though it's not about me, but I'm like, 'Oh my god, I look so much skinnier'," she shared, adding she's "really proud" of her progress.
Season three of Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian debuts on 7 July.
