Bookworms, get your tickets as soon as you can, because the 12th Emirates Airline Festival of Literature has some big names coming in – you don't want to miss this!
The festival will take place between 4 – 9 February, 2020 at the InterContinental in Dubai Festival City.
Award-winning authors include Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain, Oliver Jeffers, Daniela Tully, Ziauddin Yousafzai (well known as the father of Malala Yousafzai) and many others.
As part of the UAE space programme, Hazzaa AlMansouri will also make his appearance at the event. Yay!
Fatima Bhutto, niece of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benzari Bhutto, will arrive alongside Tayari Jones, Women’s Prize for Fiction winner in 2019.
Ahlam Bolooki, director of the festival, looks forward to the different people ‘from all walks of life’ attending the festival, and adds that the common love everyone should have within the festival is great conversations to share and great stories.
Tickets will be available from 14 November at 12pm.
