Stick with the signature dishes. Delicate Chilean sea bass with black bean sauce and meaty scallop Hokkaido with yuzu ginger salsa are our recommended dishes.

The decor is inspired by old Japan. Bamboo installations, a towering stone water feature and granite bar tops are complemented by mood lighting and traditional music which will transport you to the streets of Kyoto. And, if you want to dine in true Japanese style, you can book the private Tatami room.

Teppanyaki anyone? With two authentic teppan bars, you can be entertained by the Japanese chefs as you dine.  You can select your options a la carte, or opt for one of three delicious teppanyaki set menus – meat, seafood and surf and turf.

If Teppenyaki doesn’t float your boat, don’t despair. With a tempura station, sushi and sashimi bar, and an extensive selection of soups, rice and noodles, there really is something for everyone.

Choose your poison. With a host of experts on hand to recommend the perfect lubrication, from Japanese hops, vino, signature cocktails and authentic tipples, we recommend that you allow the waiters to steer you in the right direction.
