Is Katie’s diet dangerous?

Of course!
She dieted like mad after giving birth to Suri in order to fit into her wedding dress, but now it seems that Katie's only reason for trying to achieve super-skinniness is to keep up with her on/off bestie, Posh.

And Tom is said to be furious that his wife has adopted VB's 900-calories-a-day diet in order to maintain her style icon status.

"It concerns Tom that Katie's lost so much weight," a source told the Daily Mail. "She is very thin largely because she is following Victoria's strict 900-calories-a-day eating plan. She is copying Victoria's fad of eating seaweed shakes, frozen grapes and edamame beans. She is tiny."

Katie has always had her head screwed on tighter than Posh when it comes to body issues, and after their recent falling out - during which they slammed one another's style - it seems that Katie is trying to move out of the orbit of Posh's Hollywood obsession.

Having slammed Victoria as "trashy", Katie has sided with the more down-to-earth likes of Jada Pinkett Smith, leaving Posh to hang out with fellow skinny, Eva Longoria.

And the actress was also said to be livid after a recent trip to restaurant Madeo saw Posh order a green salad, without dressing, one piece of fish and a side dish of steamed spinach - for the pair to share!
