Jeremy Irons to be Honoured in Dubai at Chivas Legends Dinner
He is one of the most respected actors of his generation and he’s coming to Dubai to receive yet another accolade.
Jeremy Irons has won numerous awards throughout his illustrious career including an Oscar, an Emmy and a Golden Globe, and the British star will be honoured with the Chivas Legend accolade next month.
The 65-year-old Borgias star has been selected as guest of honour at the Chivas Legends Dinner on 3 December and joins a distinguished list of alumni such as Colin Firth, Sir David Frost and Sir Ben Kingsley. The Chivas Legends Dinner is an annual event that has been taking place in Dubai for the past four years.
The concept is to invite a reputable personality to be the guest of honor at the exclusive event, to celebrate and acknowledge their achievements and contribution in their area of expertise and society in general.
Staying true to the generous and chivalrous character of the brand, an indispensable element of the event is a silent auction, in which bidders have the chance to win a VIP red carpet experience at the Cannes Film Festival. The proceeds raised during the auction are donated to the FilmAid charity.
