American Idol judges Jennifer Lopez (L) and Randy Jackson

Being single again certainly isn’t hurting
Jennifer Lopez’s career, as she prepares to return as a judge on American Idol after
reportedly negotiating a $20 million (Dhs73.5m) contract. The star has agreed
to return to the talent show panel, although the multi-million dollar deal has
not yet been signed, a source told J-Lo is reportedly working with
Fox TV executives to schedule Idol filming around her two planned movie
projects, as well her own Latin TV talent show.

Although she was a hit with audiences after
joining American Idol earlier this year (2011) alongside Randy Jackson and Aerosmith's
Steven Tyler, Jennifer previously said that she was “on the fence” about
returning for the show’s 11th season. We wonder how much her change of
heart has to do with her new-found freedom.
