JANET JACKSON's brother RANDY has hit back at reports he revealed all about his sick sister's vertigo.
The Jackson brother insists it was an impostor who broke the bogus news about the cause of the Nasty singer's concert cancellations on a Michael Jackson fansite, not him.
Randy Jacksonreportedly wrote, "Janet is doing okay, she suffers from vertigo." But now the real Randy has spoken out, insisting he'd never discuss family health matters online.
In a terse posting on his own website, a spokesman for Jackson writes, "Rumours started by the owner of a Michael Jackson fan site has stated that they had an exclusive interview with Randy Jackson, and during this interview he said that his sister Janet had cancelled shows because she has an illness called "Vertigo."
"Randy has not and will not speak publicly about the health of his sister, or her reasons for cancelling (sic) any of her shows. This "interview" never happened."
Janet Jackson has cancelled a string of concerts on her North American tour as she continues to battle a mystery illness.
She first fell ill last month just before a show in Montreal, Canada, and was taken to hospital.
Jackson and her aides have refused to comment on her current condition.
