It's Raining Biryanis at Masala House
Clay-pot biryanis

Masala House is an authentic new addition to Dubai’s Indian dining scene. The restaurant specialises in the dum pukht style of cooking, which is done over a very low flame in sealed containers in order to lock in all the yummy juices and aromas of the top quality ingredients.
The restaurant serves up 16 varieties of clay-pot biryanis and other dum pukht specialties. These include the saffron-scented murgh zafrani biryani; gosht nalli biryani made with melt-in-your-mouth mutton marrow; dum biryanis made with fish and prawns; and vegetarian specials such as mushroom dum biryani and paneer tikka biryani. There’s also an extensive selection of kebabs and curries alongside popular Indian snacks, salads, soups and sides.
