Three-in-one. Indie combines a restaurant, lounge and three bars, and its laid-back ambiance, New York-style rustic-chic interior and relaxed boho vibe are a breath of fresh air in DIFC.
The globe-trotting menu features an eclectic mix of cuisines. In the mood for Chinese? Order the crispy duck with pancakes. Prefer something inspired by the Mediterranean? Start with fried Padròn peppers, then try the sea bream with crushed potatoes and Kalamata olives.
Wind back the years at Mixtape. Tuesdays at Indie are dedicated to old school hip hop and R’n’B – there’s also a complimentary bar for ladies between 8pm and 11pm. Fridays have also gone retro, with resident DJ Elie ABI spinning a fun and funky mix of pop, hair rock and disco from the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
Want a side order of salsa? Strap on your dancing shoes and try out the complimentary Latin dance classes at Sunday’s Ritmo Latino night. You’ll be showing off those salsa, reggaetón and bachata moves in no time.
The extended happy hour every Wednesday.
