Indian-style Kebabs

These spicy treats will be ready in a jiffy!


500g lean beef mince
1 onion, minced
¼ cup chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste (more if you like it hot)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 beaten egg
2 tsp salt
Vegetable oil, for brushing
Wooden skewers


1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until everything is evenly distributed through the mince meat.
2. Take the wooden skewer and cover with mince to create sausage shapes. If you rub some oil on your hands the mince won’t stick to you as you prepare the skewers.
3. Brush the kebabs with oil and put them under a medium-hot grill, turning regularly, for about 10 minutes
