Incredible footage of a drone, in what appears to be Sharjah desert was uploaded on Reddit, just after heavy rain and storms caused flooding in many parts of the country.
Though the headline of the footage identifies the place to be in Dubai desert, most of the viewers desagree: "This is in Al Faya in Sharjah, it's right there in Arabic on the bottom left."
The video shows waters rapidly moving through the desert, likely from the record rains that the country has experienced in the past week.
Some viewers commented on the video: "Wow... scary. This looks to be in Sharjah, around the 2 Dec cafeteria to fossil rock path. I thought flash floods were limited to wadis. I can’t imagine this happening at night a hitting some campers."
"It's kind of cool to see where the natural river would be."
