Iftars & Suhours over Dhs200

AL GRISSINO RESTAURANT & LOUNGE
EMIRATES FINANCIAL TOWERS, DIFC
The views alone make this upscale Italian restaurant worth the trip, and the food’s pretty special, too. This recently opened venue has created sharing platters specially for the Holy Month, blending traditional Milanese fare with modern elements for a refreshing take on fine Italian cuisine. Al Grissino’s five-course spread starts with a hearty soup, followed by cold appetisers such as salmon, beef carpaccio and yellowfin tuna. You’ll then move on to the third course, in which seafood features strongly – think octopus and squid – followed by substantial mains including sliced beef with gorgonzola and a creamy burrata risotto. If you’re vegetarian, speak up – you’ll be well catered for with offerings such as aubergine, tomatoes and basil parmigiana served with fresh buffalo mozzarella, not mention heaps of the freshest pasta.
